Happy Birthday to me…..

Just signing in to say I haven’t died of the flu but I have been pretty much off my game for the past week. Still coughing like a hag but not feeling as awful as I was!

Anyhoo, it’s my 36th birthday today so am waiting to be pampered and treasured…. Erm, still waiting…. erm, anyone?

Managed to make a bunch of cards the other day as all mine got given to the fair which put me back at square one! Hubby has told me I can go off and spend 50 squid on crafty stuff so am considering some Nestabilities. Have already asked for the circle ones for christmas but can’t decide between the ovals or the squares? Course, the rectangles look quite useful too. Anyone got any suggestions?

  2. Hope you managed to get pampered today. I have Nestabilities on my Christmas list too. Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. About the sparkly links – I don’t know how it’s done as someone designed the blog for me. Deb x

  3. Glad you are feeling a bit better. Oh and Happy Birthday from me.

  4. Hello and a belated very happy Birthday to you!!!
I only saw your comment on my blog this morning so this comes a day late.
I am in awe of you raising 5 little ones, I am snowed under most of the time with just two!! So well done you!
I hope you are well and ready for action today to get on with what needs to be done *lol* I am struggling with a real bad cold and I suspect a little bit of a hangover after having a mulled wine party yesterday…
Anyway, I have the nestabilities ovals, circles, squares and rectangles and can only say I wouldn’t know which ones I could live without!
If you are prepared to wait, I got mine from http://www.cutathome.com. If you sign up for their newsleter you get a 40% off voucher each month of one item and the sets of 4 (plain and scalloped in petit and large each) count as one. Not sure what the exchange rate does to it now, but it used to cost me between 32 and 35£ incl. postage for a set.
    Lots of love,
    Alex

  5. Happy birthday!!!I myself have the circle and squre one but now want the oval and rectangle lol.If your husband would stretch to another £10 you could get all 4sets for £60over at once upon a stamp.hope that helps.enjoy the rest of your birthday.amandaxx
